ZLL SG108 PRO

ZLL SG108 PRO Drone Review

If you are looking for an affordable drone with many features and flight functions, you might want to try the ZLL SG108 PRO YAN drone. It comes in a striking orange or black color and the camera takes decent photo and video footage.

Looking at the details, you will be impressed. First, it has an SD card slot so you need not store video and photo footage in your smartphone or tablet. Secondly, it comes in a nice, folding design. Being a GPS-enabled drone, it will find its way home if the signal fails.

As usual, there are some downsides, which are not deal breakers. For instance, the SG108 PRO is so lightweight. Therefore, in the wind, it can be hard to trim. It is advisable to fly it when there is no wind.

We shall be looking at these features and automatic flight modes packed into this quadcopter in the upcoming section.

DJI Air 2S Image

DJI Air 2S Review

The DJI Mavic Air 2S is a small quadcopter that comes with higher specs and features than its predecessor the Mavic Air 2.

The camera is better, and so is the handling. You can refer to our earlier review of the DJI Mavic Air 2. One of the most notable differences is in the camera.

For instance, where the Air can take 4K videos at 30FPS, the Air 2S can take 5.4K videos at 30 FPS. It also comes with a bigger 1-inch CMOS sensor for better still photos. The camera takes stills at 20MP whereas the Air has a 12MP lens.

This is a proper upgrade and as usual, upgrades mean more money. Therefore, the high price of the Air 2S might be a downside to some people. Of course, at such a price, you really don’t want to buy this one as your starter drone.

Also, at this time, this drone is not compatible with any DJI VR goggles. Other limitations include lack of automatic transfer of footage from drone storage to your phone storage.

XLURC L106 Pro

XLURC L106 Pro Drone Review

The XLURC L106 Pro drone looks like a predator bug with the two LED lights at the top left and right. In addition, this is also one nicely packaged quadcopter and it comes with a storage bag.

The manufacturer also seems to have put in some good work in the camera. It comes with a three-axis gimbal that is further enhanced with EIS – Electronic Image Stabilization. When you fly a drone, there is bound to be a lot of shaking and vibrating. Without a gimbal or EIS, your aerial photos and film will have a lot of distortion.

In the upcoming sections, we are going to look at the features and flight functions that this quadcopter comes with.

That way, you will make up your mind whether this is the right quadcopter for you.

There is a small downside though. This aircraft is advertised as a 6K or 8K camera drone. However, the reality on the ground is different because the camera captures 1280 by 720P videos while the photo resolution is 3940 by 2160P (4K).

Whichever way you look at it, this is not 6K or 8K resolution.
