BLH S5 Pro

BLH S5 Pro GPS Drone Review

The BLH S5Pro GPS is available in three, two and one battery packages. Actually, there are two versions of the S5 Pro. The first one comes with a 3-axis gimbal while the second one comes with ESC gimbal, and brushless motors.

Overall, this is a high quality, high performance entry-level drone. You can use it to get started in the drone hobby. It is best as an adult beginner drone because of the many flight functions.

Drones have many features and technical details and this one is not any different. We shall look at them in more detail.

Before we look at the features, know that this quadcopter is going to cost you a substantial amount of money. The reason for the extra cost is that when you choose the three-axis gimbal, the price increases. You can take the option with the ESC gimbal.

Keep reading to see its main features and flight functions.

(Something to note: The S5 Pro drone comes in two versions. One has a 3-axis gimbal and it is costlier. The second version is an ESC gimbal drone. It is cheaper, has a shorter flight distance and lower specs).

FEGRAD EC20

FEGRAD EC20 Review

The FEGRAD EC20 is a small, stable and powerful quadcopter that is made for adults who want to learn how to fly. It is perfect for a person who wants a drone that has good specs and many flight functions but at the same time, it is not too costly.

The package comes with two batteries, the drone itself, one remote controller, a storage case, charging cable, and a spare set of propellers. It also comes ready to fly so when you get it, you just need to calibrate it and fly it.

This is a good drone for the price. But it also has its downsides. You are more likely to capture 1080P videos than 4K ones.

Also, this drone does not come with an SD card slot. Thus, it means you have to store all of your footage in your smartphone and transfer it later. At the price it is sold at, an SD card slot would have been very appropriate.

Keep reading as we explore the features of this quadcopter in more detail.

DJI Mavic 3

DJI Mavic 3 Review

In their description for the DJI Mavic 3, they use this line – Imaging Above Everything. The inclusion of a Hasselblad 4/3 CMOS camera backs this claim.

Hasselblad is the leader in digital cameras and lenses. Thus, if aerial shooting is your thing, you should get the Mavic 3.

The Mavic 3 comes in three packages. First, there is the DJI Mavic 3, which we are reviewing here.

The second package is the Mavic 3 Fly More Combo, which is costlier by several hundreds of dollars. It comes with three batteries, a convertible bag, filters set and a charging hub.

The third one is the Cine Premium Combo, which comes with all the things that the Fly Combo comes with. It also has extras such as built-in storage of up to 1TB SSD and Apple ProRes 422 HQ recording.

This one is costly at $2800 more than the Mavic 3, but many people agree that the features and functions justify the price.

Back to our Mavic 3 review, what are some of the downsides that you should know? One of them is the cost! The features notwithstanding, the price is simply too steep for many drone enthusiasts.

The second downside is that while this drone has so many advanced features, most of them are locked, so they will be activated in future. This means you cannot use them right now.

LYZRC L900 Pro

LYZRC L900 Pro Review

The LYZRC L900 is a small, foldable and affordable quadcopter that comes with advanced features such as 5G image transmission. Therefore, you can access live video feeds on your smartphone, using the app, from a long distance.

That is not all, because this drone also comes with wind resistance level 7, which means it can do well in a shore breeze.

This drone also supports many flight functions that make it so easy to fly for beginners. Some functions such as surround mode are for fun and hands-free flights while others such as aircraft retrieval and one key return functions are for safety. We shall look at them in detail later.

But there are two “downsides” if we can call them that. First, this drone does not come with batteries and secondly, it does not come with a remote controller.

You will have to get those separately, which is more trouble than is necessary.

Also, some users have complained that while it is advertised as a 4K camera drone, the resolution of the photos does not really come down as 4K. Rather, it looks more like 1080P.

Holy Stone HS710

Holy Stone HS710 Drone Review

The Holy Stone HS710 is a good beginner quadcopter for adults. It comes with a 4K camera, so you can take good footage from the air.

This drone is a good option for travelers and aerial photography enthusiasts who have always wanted a DJI drone but find them too expensive.

It checks most of the boxes because it comes with a foldable design, has an impressive battery life and with 5G connectivity, you can enjoy FPV over a long flight distance.

With the option to fly using headless or standard mode, even if you are an advanced pilot, you will not find this drone too boring.

There aren’t many downsides to worry about with the HS710. At the same time, it would be so much better if it came with electronic image stabilization (EIS) to remove all distortion from your footage.

However, that is a small downside, so it is not really a deal breaker. The rest of the features are good enough.
