Holy Stone HS260

Holy Stone HS260 Review

If you have zero drone flying experience, you should get a drone that does more of the work and lets you have the fun at the same time. The Holy Stone HS260 is one such drone. You will find it so easy to figure out the controls. Besides, it comes with a comprehensive user manual that will take you through the steps for calibrating and flying the HS260.

From the Holy Stone drones that we have reviewed in the past such as the HS710 quadcopter, you can tell that they make high quality beginner and advanced user aircrafts.

All the same, they do have their limitations. Even the HS260 has its own limitations. It is better to know them as they will help you make up your mind whether to buy it or leave it.

One downside that is really irking is that the remote controller does not fit most of the modern smartphones, which are larger than the past ones.

As much as we say that the app unlocks many flight functions, there are some things that only work when you are using the remote controller. For instance, the emergency stop function only works from the remote controller. Also, you can only adjust the camera vertical angle on the remote controller.

The few downsides apart, this drone has some incredible features and flight functions too. Actually, the pros are more than the cons, so it makes sense to buy it.

SANROCK H859 Drone Review

The SANROCK H859 is a small, lightweight and affordable mini drone for beginner adults as well as kids. It is a good quadcopter for learning how to fly but soon after, you will feel the need to get one with more specs.

As a beginner drone, you expect some things such as user-friendliness and that is exactly what you get. Even an 11-year old can fly this aircraft without any trouble. However, please note that the manufacturer-recommended minimum user age is 14 years.

While this mini drone checks many boxes, it still has some downsides, which may be small, but you should take note of them all the same.

It is so light in weight such that the smallest air movement will send it straying from its flight path. Also, the FPV distance is a bit short at 96 feet only.

Another downside common with this small drone is that it comes with two batteries but there is only one charging cable.

Every battery should come with its charging cable such as we found with the Holy Stone HS710 quadcopter that we reviewed earlier.

If you are looking for a small drone that you can enjoy flying around your home, this one should fit the bill very well.

Keep reading to see more information on its features and flight functions.

Sansisco D15

Sansisco D15 Drone Review

The Sansisco D15 Mini Drone is not only good for kids, but it is also good for beginner adults who want to learn how to fly on a basic drone and then upgrade to a bigger one in future.

This is an affordable drone too. But even their A21 Infrared battle drone does not cost too much, actually being cheaper than this mini.

No money is little when buying a drone. You want to be sure that you are getting enough features for the money. So, before you buy, check out the features.

While this seems like a great mini drone, there have been some concerns. For instance, the controls are too sensitive such that even an accidental featherlight touch can send it crashing into obstacles. You need to be extra careful when you are flying it.

Also, there have been complaints that the drone might quit on you after a few flights.

ZENFOLT X7

ZENFOLT X7 Drone Review

If you are looking for a drone that can serve as your family’s aerial camera when you are having fun moments outdoors, you might consider the ZENFOLT X7 drone.

First, you need to find out the features of this quadcopter. It has several of them and it is a good-looking aircraft too. This is a good entry-level drone, the price is not too bad and it flies well.

If it is your first drone, you will love how easy it is to fly. The user manual is also detailed so that you can learn how to calibrate the drone and fly it really well.

Before buying any drone, it is always good to know whether there are any downsides to expect. In the case of this ZENFOLT aircraft, one owner complained that once they launched theirs, it flew away and could not respond to the remote controller commands.

While this appears to be an isolated case, it is best to be aware so that you can fly yours carefully. Remember to fly your drone when there is no wind to avoid losing it.

Holy Stone HS140

Holy Stone HS140 Review

What would you say to a small beginner drone that comes with smart gesture control and voice control functions?

The Holy Stone HS140 RC drone can hear and obey your commands, like a loyal pet.

The flight performance itself is not bad at all, even with the brushed motors. However, do not fly it in the wind.

While Holy Stone makes good quadcopters, they cannot be completely free of downsides. For instance, you have to screw on the landing gear before flying it and again, unscrew them before you can store it. This makes one wonder why they did not make the landing gear a snap-on kind of design.

Another thing you need to be aware of is that there is no SD card slot. For many beginner drones, this is expected.
Away from the negatives, is this aircraft worth buying? Keep reading to see its features.
